All use of the mark(s) referenced above shall be subject to Autocruit DMCC's prior written consent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, all goodwill created in the use of the marks referenced above shall vest solely with Autocruit DMCC.

All other trademarks referenced on www.trace0hq.com are those of their respective owners.

Payments

Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit & credit cards in USD will be accepted for payment.

Once a payment is made for the Trace0 service, a confirmation email will be sent to the client via email within one hour of receipt of the payment.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

How Is Usage Calculated?

Your bill is based on the volume of telemetry data (spans, logs, and metrics) sent to Trace0, at $0.60 per GB per month.

Usage is measured at the point data arrives at the Trace0 ingest endpoint. This ensures all telemetry sent to Trace0 is accounted for consistently, regardless of the source or transport mechanism.

Usage is calculated using the uncompressed size of the telemetry payload after it has been decoded from Protobuf. This reflects the actual volume of telemetry data being processed and stored, rather than any transport-layer compression that may have been applied during transmission.

Canceling Your Account

The Trace0 Service is billed based on the amount of data ingested during each monthly billing period, in accordance with our pricing schedule. Charges are calculated from the volume of data successfully sent to the Trace0 ingest endpoints during that billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will be charged for all data ingested up to the date of cancellation during the current monthly billing period. Once your subscription is cancelled, any subsequent requests to the Trace0 ingest endpoints from your services will be blocked.

All charges are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for previously incurred usage charges.

You can stop using our Services at any time and we reserve the right to suspend or end the Services to you in whole or part at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, without incurring the liability of any kind. Without limitation, we may suspend or terminate your use if you are not complying with these Terms, or if you use the Services in any way that may cause us legal liability or disrupt others' use of the Trace0 Service or damage to our business or reputation, or for any other reason. If we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to let you know in advance and help you retrieve data, though there may be some cases (for example, repeatedly or flagrantly violating these Terms, a court order, or danger to other users) where we may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Trace0 Service immediately. You acknowledge that if your access to the Service is suspended or terminated, you may no longer have access to Your Data that is stored with the Service.

To cancel the account, click the "Cancel subscription" button in our billing portal, or you can send a request to hello@trace0hq.com.

General

Users using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Trace0 does not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
